Are you manually creating the Applications by using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Console? If that's the case, just create a Powershell Script that does the job for you and add a few lines of powershell to create and publish the intune app as well (i. e. by using https://github.com/MSEndpointMgr/IntuneWin32App )

Creating a win32LobApp with Graph API (POST request) never works (400 - Bad Request), can't figure out to fix.
If you are just attempting to upload a package I would recommend to use the IntuneWin32App module https://github.com/MSEndpointMgr/IntuneWin32App

How are you patching third-party apps?
PMPC, if it's to expensive for your company, or you cto is an a**, look up wingetbridge and IntuneWin32App. I combined both with an scheduled task and it works like a charm.

Powershell command to create a group and assign an iOS app ?
u/Sixeca here's the other repository I mentioned which contains actually a module (can be found on the gallery as well) which will accomplish all tasks except the creation of the AzureAD group - perhaps you can tackle this using another script.
