Simple Radio Standalone, as made by u/ciribob, is a fantastic (and totally free) piece of 3rd party software that has become the defacto way to communicate on almost all popular DCS servers. Connect to the SRS server (most servers auto-connect), and use the radio in your aircraft exactly as a real pilot would.
