XDM used to be able to save files with names in Korean/Japanese/Chinese properly, ever since some update to Manjaro, can't recall when, whenever it writes the file to disk the text in the aforementioned languages becomes "?" Marks. Downloading same file with Firefox it maintains the foreign text.
