This in and of itself is not a mod- it's a patcher that runs through Synthesis to make sure that changes made by Water for ENB are not overridden by other mods that edit the same areas. The most common conflict this solves is water type conflicts, which causes visible water seams between cells. In general, this removes the need for most (but not all) manual Water for ENB patches.
