    • I think I followed the instructions here for the basic setup in docker compose when I first installed nextcloud. If you're not using the all-in-one solution of other solution that contains a backup feature, I'd recommend looking at nextcloud's manual backup instructions and setting up a cron/systemd timer to run your own automated backups (borg backup is particularly good at this) of the config and data directories and a dump of the database.
