I’m shocked nobody is talking about Easy NPCS. It’s a tool that lets you cherry pick from your favorite NPC appearance replacers, forego ALL the associated patches that come with them, avoid the black face bug, and slim all of them down to ~2-4 plugins. I’ve used it for a year or so (and it took me a minute to figure out how to use it, follow those installation instructions to a T), and have customized to my liking. You can just throw together any 5000 appearance mods (and I have). And another plus is, it’s still in development, so new features are still to come.
