It's a touchpad, non moving. It's a mouse with relative movements, tap to click, and touching the outside of it triggers it to vertical scroll that you just move your finger around the edge in a circle and it scrolls. Here's the QMK page for it https://github.com/Keycapsss/cirque-trackpad I got them from here https://www.mouser.com/c/?q=TM040040 but screwed up and got the adhesive overlay which was just double sided tape that I had to strip off then bought a trackpad sticker to put on top. I didn't use a breakout board, just wired 4 wires from OLED to the board after removing 3 resistors(1 for i2c, and 2 for 5v operation).
I just used the current QMK with sofle/keyhive keyhive_via and followed the cirque instructions. https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/sofle/keymaps/keyhive_via that left me with not enough memory so I disabled all but rainbow swirl lighting and it gave me just enough memory to have VIA, OLED, and trackpad all working.
