Laravel router is better than Vue 3 router?

  Inertia.js lets you quickly build modern single-page React, Vue and Svelte apps using classic server-side routing and controllers.

  

I would like to use only the Vue 3 router. I saw that for example Inertiajs only uses Laravel router.
