Trouble with consistent config across environments?

  I’m working on an open source project to tackle this problem, but I’m curious to hear how you/your orgs have approached it. Here’s our take:

  This was a real struggle for us. We ended up using cue to define schemas for our app configs and enforce the schema validation in a ci/cd pipeline when setting variables in individual environments.
