You can get Pi-Hole from https://pi-hole.net/ and they have some really good documentation on theor site https://docs.pi-hole.net/ but you can also check out the community in r/pihole which very active. You can set this up on an old computer, SBC board, docker, VM, etc. You choose where you want it running. Once up it's very low maintenance.
