iPad 2 on iOS 4.3.5 has a restrictions password. I am unable to reset all content and settings because of it. How can I remove this without updating the iPad? [Question]

    • No it shouldn’t it should take it back to the ios 4 setup screen and then you can activate it. I’ve done the same process with iPhones and iPads from iOS 4 to iOS 10 and I’ve never had a problem with it. I would also recommend saving shsh blobs just in case the iPad ever corrupt in the future. You can save blobs with a windows Application called ifaith but you will have to use it on a windows 7 computer with iTunes 11.
