logseq
A local-first, non-linear, outliner notebook for organizing and sharing your personal knowledge base. Use it to organize your todo list, to write your journals, or to record your unique life.

WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
It's not quite colored bar charts, but there might be a plugin that adds other visuals.
Logseq creates a new page in the "Journals" section every day that you open the application; the title of the page will be the date. You can create or link pages with [[double brackets]] or #hashtags. In the graph view, the nodes will grow with each link (so a game mentioned in 10 journal entries would be larger than a game mentioned in two journal entries). You can go to a specific page (by clicking on its node or by searching for it) to see all the references (e.g., specific dates).
