Interesting approach. It is pretty simple. What I would be concerned about is maintainability. When you would like translator to translate your data, this would be extremely hard to provide the strings in all of the tags. Another issue I see there is SEO. When you want your app in pl, the script needs to be executed to replace the strings. Which is not as cool as server side rendered data. I actually faced similar issues, when I started with development of Tolgee. Happy future hacking! :)
