  • There’s a few options for cheap/free software, some by hardware vendors some open source. In the past I’ve used Carbide Create and Inventibles easel to generate GCode and Openbuilds control (I don’t think you need to have a Shapeoko/Xcarve, at least I didn’t a few years ago). Openbuilds have a free CAM package too which you can use.
