I think you can use the Dataview plugin to do some of what you are asking. You will need to make a page/note for each individual show, then add whatever information you need in the yaml header. To make changes you need to navigate back to the note. I think this video, might give you an idea of how you can replicate this Notion system. You can use this plugin as well.
