Ok so I just found something that should solve it, can’t try it out rn though but there’s the xenia canary game patches file for rdr that can be downloaded and put in the emulator path. One of the patches that can be enabled is an fps unlocker. It even notes “Framerates higher than 64 FPS are unlocked.” Hopefully this helps. https://github.com/xenia-canary/game-patches
