Install a smart LED controller, power supply, and strip of your choice. The Zooz ZEN31 works for Zwave. Gledopto makes a few decent Zigbee options. For Wifi something like the H801 or Shelly RGBW would work well, but I would flash them with Tasmota or ESPHome first.
