Our great sponsors
  • InfluxDB - Build time-series-based applications quickly and at scale.
  • Sonar - Write Clean JavaScript Code. Always.

  • Zigi - Workflow assistant built for devs & their teams
  • Bootstrap

The most popular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web.

A great example of media queries for responsive design is the css framework bootstrap. This framework has 6 default breakpoints you can set for any given element. This means that specified element will change how it fits in the layout based on screen size while keeping other elements the same. I highly suggest having a look through the source code for bootstrap and seeing how they use media queries. It's how I really started to understand them. Have fun styling your sites.

  • InfluxDB

Build time-series-based applications quickly and at scale.. InfluxDB is the Time Series Data Platform where developers build real-time applications for analytics, IoT and cloud-native services in less time with less code.
