minica
minica is a small, simple CA intended for use in situations where the CA operator also operates each host where a certificate will be used.

InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I would personnally use minica if i had to manage a internal CA. But i don’t know if it can work with an intermediate certificate for signing.
