can i control arduino outputs on a GRBL mega?like to manually code an ATC,or to switch few solenoids

Since grbl is really just a program that is uploaded to the arduino I think the answer would be yes, BUT you would have to modify the source code of grbl and add your functions. If that is within your skillset, then go for it. Here is some info about other commands through gcode.
