  • Hello! Thank you for the detailed response. So yes, when I said predict, I think I meant state estimation, but yeah, I was going off of this basically. There is an entire paper and everything related to this, but in case you wanted to look at it, this link shows the MATLAB code for an ODE prediction, and is based off of the specific git repository I was speaking about in the main post. There was also the CFD example (which did not have the data file that was used), but it uses a lot of functions from the entire folder, so I'm not sure how much sense it makes on its own.
