  • Edge-Enterprise

    Documentation for Edge Enterprise

  • What about downloading Edge's GPOs ? Surely they have some policies to enforce certain rules for communication . By default not available through Group Policy Editor and non present on Regedit https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/Edge-Enterprise/blob/public/edgeenterprise/configure-microsoft-edge.md

  • HardeningKitty

HardeningKitty - Checks and hardens your Windows configuration

  • I use a tool called Hardening-Kitty https://github.com/scipag/HardeningKitty , which has recommended policy lists from a variety of organizations. I check my computer with all of them. They don't all agree, of course, so I kind of pick and choose a little. But the lists have helped me find things I had no idea where they were.

  • ConfigureDefender

Utility for configuring Windows 10 built-in Defender antivirus settings.

  • I've used harden kitty in the past. Overkill. Good practices and good firewall rules is all you need. Also that add some overhead to process power. Like this. Still too much for me but that covers ciphers . I would say the best environment to be secure is VM but in your case, it will add a ton of audio latency. Best option could be a laptop. Airplane mode. I can understand the inconvenience of that tho. Again, good practices are the best security. Just don't underestimate Windows security. Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Edge make a damn good security environment if configured properly. There is a tool called "configure defender" for that purpose. You may have read about it.
