The sprite has a growing animation from being stepped on i guess to fully grown. When you step on the grass it plays an animation with just one frame of the grass being stepped on and when you leave it plays the growing animation. Cutting works the same but the growing animation is never played, it just keeps playing the old animation. Feel free to look at the source code on github https://github.com/wyvernbw/windlight
