I've just been working through this today. I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say the sign in issue is "fixed" because I still needed to use the workaround described here: https://github.com/qnblackcat/uYouPlus/discussions/447
If you have the time, read the sideloading master guide fully, while also reading up on the documentation of any service you like.
Put simply, you have 3 options with varying levels of price / privacy / ease-of-use: 1. Get an apple dev account (primary or burner) for $99/year and sign and install an unlimited number of ipas with it on your own. Signed for 1 year and manual resigning. 2. Subscribe to a signing service with your device UDID for ~$20/year and install an unlimited number of ipas, but you have to upload to their interface and they will sign and install it. Technically installed forever as they automatically resign, but are prone to periodic revokes that take time to fix. 3. Get a normal apple account (preferably burner) for FREE and sign and install up to 3 ipas with it on your own. Signed for 7 days and manual resigning, but things like AltStore automate it to some extent.
