Some seem to have made it through the Merge unscathed, and anecdotally at least one seems to have broken and then self-healed. The others needed restarts. https://github.com/hyperledger/besu/pull/4397 may be for that particular issue (although post-Merge, it may no longer be relevant as much?)
BOINC
You can throw e.g. Blocknative's relay into the mix, however I don't think their censoring status is known currently. It seems like they're going for transparency, though.
Much love and respect to the individuals/teams that coded and hosted watchtheburn.com 🔥 for the last year. They kept the site up a few days longer than they initially planned for, but have now officially shut down.
Based on everything the team has said, and the code I've seen, the ETF chain should be forked off of ETH around the time of the merge with copied state.
