TrackerControl Android: monitor and control trackers and ads.

  • This used to be the case (for me), but Motorola has definitely been increasing the amount of pre-installed bloat. I don't have the time to type at a list at the moment but; * Installing and enabling ADB is not particularly difficult or time-consuming if you're comfortable uning command line * Some Moto apps and most sytem apps cannot be (permanently) uninstalled or even disabled via ADB unless you have root * Some apps can be pretty effectively silenced by revoking all permissions, disabling their ability to use background data or battery, etc. This will even work for some system/Moto apps - but for others, it won't * Using Blokada, TrackerControl or similar can prevent some apps from doing anything much. You can use either without root; the latter is available at F-Droid

  • blokada

The official repo for Blokada apps.
