Try Blokada. Free and open source ad blocker for both android and iOS and requires no root or jailbreak or anything. It also blocks trackers and you can use it to block porn sites for example.

I downloaded Blokada https://blokada.org/ and blocked any domains in the host log that had Samsung in the name. Here are some of the domains that I've blocked and have none of the apps are experiencing issues so far: Samsung blocked domains https://imgur.com/a/G22k7EP

On older Android versions Blokada might work for you. If you notice it having a negative impact on your battery life go to Adblock settings and turn on Smart List.

Poco F2 Pro users, what’s your experience with the phone so far?
There were fewer ads out of the box compared to my previous Redmi 5 Plus. I guess budget phones have more of it. Nevertheless, I debloated the phone almost immediately (via adb) and installed blokada.

You can filter traffic on your phone. Try Blokada (https://blokada.org/) and enable Energized blocklisk. Alternative use NextDNS (https://nextdns.io/) , create an account add Energized or other blocklists install the app or use it with any DNS-over-HTTPS client.

Is Blokada 5 in the Fdroid the official version?
It's not a scam, but it's different from the version on their site, which is what everyone should be using.

I think this applies to almost everyone in this sub
this is a good practice for general browsing if you aren't doing it yet but imo the mobile browser player is pretty bad, if you're on android vanced would be a better option, as well as blokada for every other app (which i'm pretty sure also works on ios as well as android)

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but check out Blokada. I've been using it for a while now and it works great!
