this was more of an experiment to see if i could do pixel sorting in ubuntu. relies on ffmpeg and a python pixel sort library that can be run on the terminal.

then i wrote a little bash script to automate it and have it kind of roll in and back. i ran ffmpeg to split a particular clip into separate PNGs, picked the range i wanted to use (1.png -- 704.png) and then ran this script on it. gifski was then used to stitch it back together.
