I haven't tried it yet, as I'm still transitioning to it, but I think the newest branch of SD by neonsecret https://github.com/neonsecret/stable-diffusion introduced that feature. It also allows you to produce much higher res images (768x2048) on 8gb of ram. The github page has a pretty good explanation on how to use inpainting.
