I was using Jyers v2.0.1. There does seem to be some work to keep the Jyers firmware alive, there's a fork by LCh-77 that updates to Marlin 2.1 and adds Linear Advance. I've not tried it though.
I did take a brief look at the recent experimental version of the "professional" firmware that also adds Linear Advance , but then jumped fully into Klipper.
