  • brave-browser

Brave browser for Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows.

  • Brave will continue to support Manifest V2.

  • searx-instances

    SearXNG instances list

  • Additionally, I bet that the actual market share of Firefox is even lower than those 3% shown elsewhere. For instance, all of the SearX instance on https://searx.space present themselves as Firefox to upstream engines. For each search request, several engines at once are hit by a Firefox User Agent, artificially inflating Firefox's statistics.

  • hblock

Improve your security and privacy by blocking ads, tracking and malware domains.

  • Not quite the same thing, but I'm a big fan of hblock for a similar effect on a per-host basis.

  • midway

A rudimentary middleware for port 80 and port 443 over tcp (by celzero)

  • Another option is use RethinkDNS, it can be used with free tier CloudFlare, and quite easy to set up. This way, you can add any filter as you see fit. The downside is that you can't create your own customized filter to whitelist / blacklist what you want.
