How to begin troubleshooting my network crashing when I start a download?

Lately I have been downloading some large files, mostly videos using rdt-client and sonarr. I have a 100 Mbps connection and can stream 4K videos around 3 GB in size with no buffering. However, when I begin a large download this causes issues with my network.

However, the real issue came last night with my Sonarr set up. I use Jellyseerr to allow users to request content to be added to a jellyfin media server.
