It's not, and the maintainer doesn't plan to. Using the optimized version via the CLI I can run a batch of 8 images up to 512x768, while with the webgui I can only run 1 at a time and max out at 512x704 on my 3070 (8GB vram). It's kind of a bummer, so I've just got both installed for now until either the optimized version adds support for the k_diffusion samplers or the webgui version adds support for the optimized scripts.
I went through the list of forks to the original SD, then picked the the forks with the most forks for the poll, taking that as a sign of popularity. If you're using a fork of a fork , you can either vote the fork it forked off or other if you prefer, then explain either in the comments.
https://github.com/henk717/stable-diffusion with webui_runtime.cmd, you're welcome :D
Moved from basujindal/stable-diffusion to hlky/stable-diffusion. It works with my limited (< 8 GB) VRAM and has a lot of useful features, including web UI, GFPGAN face correction and RealESRGAN upscaling plus lots of other stuff from other forks.
I found it through the r/StableDiffusion wiki and guide which links to the 4chan guide which now points to https://rentry.org/GUItard. That refers to the stable hlky/stable-diffusion and optionally the dev version https://github.com/hlky/stable-diffusion-webui (the stable version does include the web UI, by the way).
