This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on /r/uBlockOrigin

Our great sponsors
  • SurveyJS - Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • letsblockit

Remove low-quality content and useless nags, focus on what matters. A community-maintained uBlock Origin filter set.

  • So there's this selfhostable app for having centralised and shareable uBlock block list rules called letsblockit.

  • adblock-filter-analyzer

AdBlock Filter Syntax code highlighter and partial validator. Colorizes and explains the syntax. Good for learning.

  • I found a library once but it doesn't seem to use a free license (i.e. Apache, GPL, MIT).

  • SurveyJS

Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.

  • VscodeAdblockSyntax

Comprehensive extension to manage Adblock Syntax in VSCode: syntax highlighter, linter and much more. Available on the VSCode Marketplace.

  • if you know of a syntax highlighter that can do tmLanguage files, adguard's vscode syntax might work: https://github.com/ameshkov/VscodeAdblockSyntax/blob/master/syntaxes/adblock.tmLanguage.json

  • ace

    Ace (Ajax.org Cloud9 Editor)

  • Thanks for the suggestion! Although Ace is not the most popular kid in the block, it is still maintained. It does support tmLanguage and could be used for a proof-of-concept editor!

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
