Two libs that could be an entry point: https://d3js.org/ is basically the default datavis lib and comes with many charts and data tools out of the box. Many resources! Docs and the many versions are a bit annoying to me though. https://pixijs.com/ is a WebGL lib if you simply want to draw your own graphs, not datavis specific though.
