Turbo-Modula-2-Reloaded
This is a Modula-2 system (operating system + compiler + editor) for tiny microcomputers with 64 KB ram : it has a 16-bit address space. Despite being issued from a reverse-engineering of Borland Turbo Modula-2 for CP/M, it has been re-engineered to be run on any platform, provided that the bytecode interpreter is ported to that platform.

So what was the big difference between Modula-2 and Modula-3?
It looks like this Modula-3 compiler is still being updated: https://github.com/modula3/cm3
I found a version of Topspeed Modula 2 from 1993 [1], which is after the JPI-Clarion merger.
Someone also reverse-engineered Turbo Modula-2 [2], which maybe shared some of the same codebase?
