Pi-Hole. Unlike uBlock Origin and other AdBlocks that run as a browser extension it works on DNS level. It requires a computer that runs Linux (preferably Debian or Ubuntu) to host, but non-Linux devices can connect to it too. It is very lightweight and can run on everything that runs Linux, like Raspberry Pi and your old phone or laptop.
