For the repository we have https://github.com/managed-code-hub/Repository (we are currently working on a new API) our goal is to maintain quality opensource libraries for .NET. Also we will signing these libraries with certificates, so they can be safely used in Enterprise. It makes us very sad that there are a lot of projects for Java or JS or Node.JS and not many good projects for .net.
