Since you are using S3 Buckets and perhaps other cloud based storage, you should check out rclone. rclone is basically like rsync but specifically includes object storage support with built-in support for many popular cloud providers. It could make backing stuff up and/or syncing easy.
I'd also recommend taking a look at NextCloud (or alternatively ownCloud) if you'd like to host your own sort of cloud solution. You can also use it to plug into stuff like Google Drive and encrypt the contents as well.

Since we're on the subject, you can also host your own BitWarden if you wanted. Bitwarden also has a desktop client for Linux as well. Alternatively if enabled 3rd Party Repositories or just manually enabled Flathub, you can install the Bitwarden flatpak.
