  Advanced Charging Controller

While the only root-less solution to control charging that I know of is [Chargie](chargie.org), a possibility to introduce the feature to CalyxOS would be to implement the Advanced Charging Controller (ACC) on the system level. It could then be configured with the Advanced Charging Controller App (AccA), available as an option when brining up the phone for the first time. Another option would be backing an interface for the ACC into the settings.
