I understand there is technology like [Crossplane](https://crossplane.io/), But I wanted to ask those who are not using CrossPlane how do you manage injecting AWS ARNS into your Kubernetes pods. At my current company we have to manually input these into the kustomize file for each environment and it feels a little tedious, especially when resources need to be destroyed and recreated. How do ya'll deal with this?
