Speaking of 70 hours of data, you can find the data here in the csv file. It updates automatically every hour. Note that if you see "legacy", that was data collected by kowsheek. If you see "EX", that's data I extrapolated to fill gaps in kowsheek's data. If you want to do your own analysis on this data, you need to carefully consider if my EX data and kowsheek's Legacy is valid.
But, I started here: https://github.com/kowsheek/nft-gamestop-marketplace-metrics/issues/1. Don't know anything about this guy, but he found this endpoint (https://api.nft.gamestop.com/nft-svc-marketplace/getCollectionStats?collectionId=${collection.collectionId}) I think by "inspecting element" on the gamestop website. I don't know much about javascript, so with a lot of help from u/frvwfr2, more endpoints were identified/understood and a python script was created.
