Help, trying to create a project that uses ASP.NET CORE MVC and Vue3

In my job I have to create a new project that uses asp.net core mvc and vue. I wanted to use vue 3 cause it's newer and better, but I'm having difficulties to make it work. Can someone show me how to implement the new web components to a project already created? I couldn't make it work on any .cshtml file.
