For prettier I use a global prettierd from npm with null-ls. Something similar for html can probably be done with null-ls. If my config should help: https://github.com/jssteinberg/config/blob/main/nvim/lua/packages/null-ls.lua
As another commentor said, tsserver works really nice for me too. Check out the server_configuratons.md if you havent already for any relevant setup info. Basically if you set it up correctly and you create a project ( usually meaning you are working in a git repo, but this can be configured to your liking ) it should just work.
