InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
You don't have to start a project at all. Give scala-cli a try for scratch space explorations: https://scala-cli.virtuslab.org/

Generally I use giter8: https://github.com/foundweekends/giter8.
For Scala 3: https://github.com/scala/scala3.g8.
