Vanilla obsidian sure, but if you count the capabilities of many plug-ins like dataview, the differences aren't that many. The main issue right now is the level of entry needed for them to be as practical as notion and the fact that some plug-ins still are in their beginning stages.
I haven't tried it with Obsidian yet, but I've been using Syncthing to sync files between my phone and my computer and the transition with small files is pretty much seamless .
