If your budget is low, I'd recommend the Logitech k860 ergo. I was able to get one cheap, the keys don't require much strength to use. Then you can configure windows autocomplete in your computer to help. If you are a power user and/or know a bit of programming, you can use this to set lots of key combinations (aka, "copy" is just c tapped 2 times). https://github.com/kmonad/kmonad
