DayZ Central Economy configuration
items have attributes - min/max/location/lifetime/restock. that's the simplified version, but food enough for this discussion. locations are either structure types - police, military, village, town, tier 1, tier2, etc (see teh usage and value flags here - https://github.com/BohemiaInteractive/DayZ-Central-Economy/blob/master/dayzOffline.chernarusplus/cfglimitsdefinition.xml)
