From what I have found you can use https://github.com/SiloCityLabs/docker-nas. You can create an export of VMs using the Export OVF option or back up VMs using Veeam Agent running inside the VMs. https://www.veeam.com/agent-for-windows-community-edition.html Once you get a host machine running, you can import a VM from OVF, or create a new one and restore it using Veeam recovery.
