With the homebridge-broadlink-rm-pro plugin, you can set up TV inputs + on/off + volume up/down commands for anything that is controlled by an IR remote. You would need a Broadlink device such as the Broadlink RM Mini (~$20 on Amazon) and be a bit technical to "learn" the IR hex codes and then put them into the config file.
With the homebridge-philips-hue-sync-box plugin, if you have a Hue Sync Box (~$250), the box functions as a HDMI input selection. In addition to the light-sync functionality that the box is primarily for. Disclaimer: I have contributed to this plugin.
